The 14 Youngest Billionaires in America

By Ari Notis, BESTLIFE

This week the folks at Forbes released their annual Forbes 400, its long-time roundup of the 400 wealthiest Americans. The list, as has been been the case in recent years, is entirely comprised of billionaires. (This year, the entry point is a 13-way tie for 388th place, with each member possessing a net worth of $2 billion—slightly higher last year’s baseline of $1.7 million.) And yes, most of the people on the list tend toward the older side: The average age is 67.

[post_ads]But not everyone on the list is a septuagenarian (or nearly one). In fact, there are a handful of billionaires under 40 who’ve cracked the ranks. There are tech entrepreneurs, tech entrepreneurs, and tech entrepreneurs—and a handful of heirs and socialites. So read on and meet the 14 youngest members of the three-comma club. And for more insight on their financial prowess, learn the 5 Ways Billionaires Think Differently Than Most People.
